Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Custom orders ship in approximately two weeks (10-12 business days). All other orders ship in 3-5 business
days. This does not include time in transit. All orders ship from Rancho Santa Margarita, California via UPS. UPS
Ground shipments will reach all US destinations in 1-6 business days from the date shipped. Rush shipping options
are available.
Q. How will I know when my order is shipped?
A. You will receive a shipment notification from UPS upon shipment of your order. Your tracking number will be
included and can be easily tracked by following the e-mailed instructions.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
A. Changes and cancellations can be made if the order has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us at
customerservice@vintagebakeshop.com ASAP for details.
Q. Do you offer rush service?
A. Yes, we can rush ship your custom order in 2 business days. Rush order charges are 25% of your entire order,
plus the cost of the shipping option that you choose. Select the "rush my shipment" option at checkout. Charges will
be calculated and billed to your credit card separately. A revised total and order confirmation will be e-mailed to
shortly after your order is placed. Labels will arrive separately.
Q. Do I have to order custom label mixes in sets of 12?
A. No. Our labels are printed in quantities of 12, that is why they are sold in sets of 12. This generally works well for
most customers, but if you need to order a special quantity (for example 18), please phone in your order and we can
place the mix and box special quantity order for you. The labels will still have to be ordered through our website in
quantities of 12.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. This is where all orders will ship from.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No, unfortunately at this time we only ship within the continental United States.
Q. What payment options do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal payments.
Q. What if my products arrive damaged?
A. In the event of shipping damages to your items please notify us within 24 hours at
customerservice@vintagebakeshop.com.
Q. What if a package arrives late due to weather or unforeseen problems?
A. Vintage Bakeshop is not liable for delays in delivery due to weather, or other unforeseen problems. Please
choose the appropriate shipping method during check out and, if possible, allow extra time to help avoid these
concerns.
